Assistant & Client Service Coordinator | Toronto

Our Toronto office is currently looking for a consummate professional who thinks fast, is highly detail-oriented and can manage projects and juggle priorities with ease!

In this role you will work closely with our consultants and clients to manage a range of consulting projects including leadership development, psychometric assessments and coaching mandates. You will support consultants with compiling documents and materials, creating project plans, managing consultant calendars, scheduling events and assessments and liaising with clients to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

As our Assistant & Client Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Providing project management support for consultants to ensure quality client service delivery
  • Conducting research, compiling and synthesizing information in support of content development for consultants
  • Drafting proposals or presentations with direction and guidance from consultants
  • Working with clients and participants to schedule and coordinate assessments
  • Administering assessments: welcoming participants, providing assessment instructions, proctoring testing sessions
  • Scheduling client meetings with consultants

Additional contributions may include:

  • Collaborating on the creation of blogs, whitepapers, and other educational marketing materials
  • Supporting business development activities: client target research, development of marketing materials
  • Supporting the development of your peers in a co-development approach
  • Strengthening our brand in the local market
  • Working with corporate marketing and sales functions to develop sales support tools
  • Liaising with industry organizations to promote consultant and thought leadership visibility

Experience and Skills

  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication (English required, French as an asset)
  • Good listening and client relation skills
  • Discreet and professional
  • Organized, effective and detail oriented
  • Versatile and able to adapt to an environment with many different priorities
  • Able to manage stress and deal with ambiguity
  • Autonomous and able to take initiative
