Virtual Customer Contact (VCC) is a unique line of multimedia tools developed to optimize your selection processes and personnel training.
Designed in close partnership with organizational psychologists and customer contact agent specialists, VCC tools allow you to target the best candidates for your customer contact jobs and to rapidly detect their development potential.
VCC tools are made up of various extremely realistic interactive simulations, within which candidates are asked to role-play a customer contact agent by managing calls and e-mails from customers.
Our tools help evaluate the following competencies:
Multitasking competencies: computer skills; rapid information processing
Cognitive competencies: general learning; problem solving
